An Officers meeting usually takes place the week before a “Lodge Meet”.  

The “Officers” of the lodge - people who have a job to do in the running of the lodge, get together in an informal  environment to discuss everything from the accounts, to new joining members, correspondence received, plans for future ceremonies, ladies nights, family get-togethers and even the odd golf match!

It’s an opportunity to discuss every aspect of the running of the lodge and everyone is encouraged to join in.

Most meetings are followed by a “Lodge of Instruction” whereby we get to practice any forthcoming ceremonies, once again informally and usually a lot of fun !
